Risultati finali Il progetto produrrà come risultati finali tangibili i seguenti item, integrati all’interno di una unica piattaforma di gestione: – un sistema software integrato dedicato all’attività di pianificazione, ottimizzazione ed automazione delle procedure e dei controlli nelle fasi di carico, scarico, stoccaggio e trasporto dei prodotti e delle merci, supportato da tecniche di analisi dell’ immagine e da droni; – un sistema di monitoraggio e controllo (basato su tecnologie di realtà virtuale) dei processi logistici, capace di svolgere le attività di supervisione, controllo e gestione da remoto dei siti e delle fasi sensibili della struttura di stoccaggio e delle aree esterne sottese. Obiettivo del progetto:

Il progetto PLI 4.0 è finalizzato allo sviluppo di tecnologie dell’informazione e della comunicazione nell’area Interfacce avanzate e robot (robotica e locali intelligenti) ed ha come obiettivo l’interazione e la cooperazione di tecnologie innovative, risorse umane e processi organizzativi, secondo i dettami di Industria 4.0. Più in dettaglio il progetto mira a realizzare un nuovo prodotto per il mercato della logistica integrata grazie all’uso della realtà aumentata e della realtà virtuale nei processi logistici di magazzino. Il progetto risponde all’esigenza sempre più serrata, della emergente domanda di innovazione che si riscontra nella logistica post produttiva ed in particolare quella riguardante le strutture di stoccaggio a breve, medio e lungo termine per qualunque tipologia di merce o prodotti deperibili e/o inerti.

Risultati finali

Il progetto produrrà come risultati finali tangibili i seguenti item,
integrati all’interno di una unica piattaforma di gestione:

– un sistema software integrato dedicato all’attività di pianificazione,
ottimizzazione ed automazione delle procedure e dei controlli nelle fasi di carico, scarico, stoccaggio e trasporto dei prodotti e delle merci,
supportato da tecniche di analisi dell’ immagine e da droni;

– un sistema di monitoraggio e controllo (basato su tecnologie di realtà virtuale) dei processi logistici,
capace di svolgere le attività di supervisione, controllo e gestione da remoto dei siti
e delle fasi sensibili della struttura di stoccaggio e delle aree esterne sottese.
Tale sistema ha un grado notevole di innovatività: le attività di monitoraggio e controllo
si basano sulla realizzazione di algoritmi e modelli innovativi, sull’analisi delle immagini video
effettuata tramite approcci basati sul machine learning, ed in particolare basati sui nuovi paradigmi del deep learning;

– un sistema di supporto alle decisioni,
che sulla base di indicatori di tipo BI, è capace di elaborare di modellare problemi gestionali complessi,
particolarmente utili nei contesti aziendali logistici;

– prototipi di dispositivi indossabili (visori) che integrano le funzionalità sia della realtà aumentata
che della realtà virtuale, in un innovativo paradigma di mixed reality,
producendo nuovi ambienti e visualizzazioni di informazioni, dove spazio fisico ed oggetti digitali coesistono e cooperano in tempo reale;
